Lindsay’s goal is to provide a safe environment for individuals to share their stories and experiences as well as their challenges. She believes the counselor-client relationship is critical when it comes to successful therapy. Lindsay’s work is anchored in her conviction that ultimate freedom is found in Christ. She welcomes women from every background and belief system, while allowing this foundation to quietly shape the heart, soul, mind, and strength approach that guides her practice. She is currently only offering telehealth appointments. Her work is rooted primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also drawing from Family Systems Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address patterns, attachment, and relational dynamics.
